At Euphoria Travel & Tourism, we are committed to providing tour and booking services with the highest standards of quality and professionalism.<\/p>

Use of the Site or complete a reservation constitutes your full acceptance of this Policy and all terms associated with it.<\/p>

The booking is confirmed after full payment has been made, and no booking is confirmed without payment.<\/p>

Prices include only the services described, and any additional services, fees or taxes incurred by the customer.<\/p>

All bookings are subject to the regulations and conditions of the service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).<\/p>

A flight supervisor is present with the group throughout the trip to serve them.<\/p>

All room bookings are Standard Room, and there is no obligation to a specific view or location within the hotel.<\/p>

Check-in time is usually at 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00 according to international hotel regulations.<\/p>

Smoking is prohibited in transportation and hotels according to the applicable regulations.<\/p>

If the customer wishes to upgrade the room, this will be done according to the availability of the vacancy and the approval of the hotel, with the difference in price and fees.<\/p>

If you share a room with another customer, you are not entitled to request a partner change after arrival.<\/p>

Tickets are issued and delivered 24 to 48 hours in advance, often economy class, and are non-changeable, non-refundable or upgradeable, especially for group bookings.<\/p>

All tickets and services are subject to the conditions of airlines and service providers, especially airlines, as some companies may allow modification or upgrade at an additional fee, while others do not, and the company does not bear any responsibility in the event that it is not possible to modify or upgrade according to the policy of the service provider.<\/p>

If you cancel 30 days or more, 30% of the booking will be charged.<\/p>

In case of cancellation within less than 30 days, no refund is entitled due to the nature of the advance bookings and the associated financial obligations.<\/p>

Once confirmed, a booking can only be amended based on availability, and additional charges may incur for the amendment.<\/p>

The airline assumes no responsibility for the modification, cancellation or rescheduling of flights by airlines or organisers.<\/p>

The Company is committed to providing only the agreed services, and the Company is not responsible for delays in the issuance of passports, visas, or any government requirements beyond its control.<\/p>

The customer shall abide by all travel regulations and instructions at the destination destination.<\/p>

Any health condition must be disclosed, and the booking is considered an approval of emergency medical procedures if needed.<\/p>

We maintain the confidentiality of customer data and it is only used for the purposes of providing the service.<\/p>
